Terms of Service

The service
GroomSpeak provides a wedding speech writing service. Speeches are generated with AI (Anthropic's Claude), directed by GroomSpeak's own structure and controls, from the details you provide. By using this service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase.
What you pay for
A $25 (USD) purchase gives you one session with three complete speech versions, each with up to three directed refinements. One purchase covers one speech. Sessions are active for 48 hours from creation.
Refund policy
If you have used all three included attempts and the speech still does not meet your needs, contact us at support@groomspeak.com with the last 8 characters of your session ID (the tail of your session URL) within 48 hours of purchase. We will work with you to fix it or issue a full refund. Refunds are not available for sessions where fewer than three versions were used, with one exception: if a technical failure prevents your speech from generating, we refund immediately with no version requirement. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically post within 5–10 business days.
Your content
You retain ownership of the story and personal details you provide. The speech generated is yours to use freely. Deliver it, edit it, share it. We claim no rights to the output.
Acceptable use
GroomSpeak is for personal, non-commercial speech writing at weddings and similar events. You may not use the service to generate content for commercial resale, bulk generation, or any purpose that violates applicable law.
Limitations
GroomSpeak provides the service “as is.” We do not guarantee that generated speeches will meet every speaker's expectations. Speech quality depends in part on the detail and honesty of the inputs provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages of any kind.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
